From Magic: the Gathering, this is an altered art version of Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, hand-painted by Revelen's Light Alters. The card retains is standard art, depicting Ghalta roaring, but the art has been extended, and the text boxes have been visually distressed, with scratches, chips, cracks, and large set of claw slashes through the rules text.
