Just finished up this Mother of Runes alter, one of my favorite Magic: the Gathering cards to paint, and I wanted to share the result. This original silhouette alters features a brilliant, bright-painted background, withthe silhouette of a woman in a translucent dress, caught mid-dance as she weaves glowing streamers of magical runes through the air. For anyone who collects hand-painted Magic alters, this unique alter is up now in my eBay shop, at time of posting.
